Kohl’s Narciso Rodriguez DesigNation Commercial – What’s the Song?

Santigold's 'Big Mouth' is the percussive blend of R&B, pop and tribal beats heard in the Kohl's commercial for the store's DesigNation clothing line by Narciso Rodriguez.

The song plays throughout the eye-catching 30-second ad, which features models wearing bold, colorful pieces from the collection while bright colors scroll past on a wall behind them.

The commercial is reminiscent of a fashion show, as models dance, strike poses and walk toward the camera with fierce attitude.

'Big Mouth' appeared on Santigold's latest album, 'Master of My Make-Believe,' which hit No. 1 on the Dance/Electronic Albums chart after its release in April 2012.

The singer told Pitchfork, "Lyrically, 'Big Mouth' is about being able to have a vision, stand behind it, and then actually deliver. Some of my songs are just fun while others are deeply spiritual to me, and 'Big Mouth' is a little bit of both. It's like: 'This is my territory; this is my turf.'"
