This can't be good for business. Some kids who stopped by the temporary T-shirt store run by alt-rap collective Odd Future set a palm tree on fire earlier this month when they shot a bottle rocket into the air. Video of the blaze was recently posted on YouTube by a passerby who witnessed the fire, and you can see it below.

Death and Taxes reports that kids emerged from the store on North Fairfax Avenue, which initially opened as a pop-up store last fall, and set off the bottle rocket, causing the tree to catch fire in spectacular fashion. Flaming debris landed on the awning of Damiano's, a pizza shop next door.

The video captures a bunch of angry shouts as the fire burns the tree and the awning at Damiano's, which appeared to be destroyed. Gawker contacted an employee from the pizza store who said the group has agreed to pay for the damages.

Odd Future, minus Frank Ocean, are about to hit the road for the Camp Flog Gnaw Tour, which begins on Aug. 31 and includes a date at Jay-Z's Made in America Festival. The group returns to L.A. for a show on Sept. 30, so keep your fire extinguishers handy.
