Real Estate have added a new string of North American tour dates slated for this summer. The itinerary includes a couple of music festival appearances and an opening slot for Belle and Sebastian in New York City.

The New Jersey-hailing indie-pop outfit will first make an appearance at the Woodist Festival in Big Sur, Calif., on May 18. From there, they’re scheduled to make 11 more stops, including one at this year’s Sasquatch Music Festival in Quincy, Wash., on May 23. Real Estate will also open for Belle and Sebastian at Radio City Music Hall on June 10.

Tickets for both festivals and the Radio City Music Hall show are on sale now. All other tickets go on sale this Friday, Feb. 27. Grab yours over on Real Estate’s website.

Real Estate dropped their most recent and third album, Atlas, last year. It follows 2011’s Days and their 2009 self-titled debut.

Last November, Weezer frontman Rivers Cuomo joined Real Estate during an L.A. concert for a performance of the Pinkerton's “No Other One.” Just a day prior, the band made an appearance on Conan, where they performed their own song, “Crime.”
