When Sigur Ros took over an abandoned fish factory in Djupavik, Iceland, there was so much open space you could probably smell it. The vast emptiness fits perfectly with the expansive Sigur Ros sound, which seems to literally hang in the air and float around the room as they perform. We're not sure exactly how those Icelandic sound artists do what they do, but one thing we know for sure: They picked an odd place to do it.
