This year marks the 10th anniversary of the U.K.'s annual Bestival festival, and organizers have announced the first round of artists on a bill that promises to be one of the most eclectic of the 2013 festival season. ‘The Heat’ -- a new film starring Sandra Bullock and Melissa McCarthy -- follows the misfit pair of women in their quest to take down a drug lord.
