Thom Yorke Announces First Concert in Support of ‘Tomorrow’s Modern Boxes’
Thom Yorke has been keeping busy since the release of his latest solo album, Tomorrow's Modern Boxes back in September via BitTorrent. In the interim, he's been working with his main gig, Radiohead, on a brand new album and he curated an 18-day-long soundtrack for an art exhibit in Australia.
But he hasn't performed in support of his solo album as of yet. That will change, however, as he's announced a one-off tour date to take place in Tokyo on August 15 alongside the album's producer Nigel Godrich.
The show, which will take place at Hostess Club's "all-nighter." There will also be performances from FFS (the supergroup featuring Franz Ferdinand and Sparks), Spritualized, Matthew Herbert, Jon Hopkins and Bo Ningen. Check out some Twitter posts from Godrich about the event below.
