The Silver Lake Chorus, a collective of 20 L.A.-based vocalists, dropped their self-titled debut over the summer, and for their inaugural full-length, they recruited a host of indie artists to pen original songs for the group to interpret in sweeping, angelic fashion.

Now, the outfit has shared a music video for “From the Snow Tipped Hills,” which was written by Bon Iver’s Justin Vernon. The clip features a beautiful, bird’s-eye view of an L.A. sunset as the Silver Lake Chorus perform the song from a rooftop overlooking it all. Check it out above.

The Silver Lake Chorus’ debut also features songs written by Tegan and Sara, Death Cab for Cutie’s Ben Gibbard, the Flamining LipsWayne Coyne, Aimee Mann, the Bird and the Bee, the Long Winters’ John Roderick and the New PornographersA.C. Newman. Ben Lee -- who also wrote one of the LP's 11 tracks and helped enlist the star-studded group of songwriters -- produced the album.

The Silver Lake Chorus is out now on Six Degree Records. You can pick up a download now at iTunes.
