Coldplay have been treating fans to a number of songs from their upcoming album, 'Ghost Stories,' before its May 19 release. The latest is an EDM-speckled collaboration with Avicii called 'A Sky Full of Stars.'

Even for a band with such anthemic songs like 'Viva La Vida' and 'Paradise' in its catalog, this one pushes a little further with an electronic beat that grows progressively louder and faster until it culminates in fist-pumping glory -- pretty much Avicii's signature sound by this point.

But there are lots of words this time, courtesy of Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, who gets all romantic on lines like "'Cause you're a sky, you're a sky full of stars / I wanna die in your arms / You get light the more it gets dark / I'm gonna give you more heart."

The EDM star isn't Coldplay's only recent collaboration. They're also hooking up with libraries in nine countries and hiding lyrics to some of the new songs books about ghost stories. Fans can find clues to their locations by using the hashtag #lyricshunt on the band's Twitter. One set of lyrics will include a golden ticket redeemable for passes to Coldplay's Royal Albert Hall concert in London on July 1.

If you want to see Coldplay before that, they'll be on 'Saturday Night Live' this weekend and on 'The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon' on May 5. Plus, they have a TV special, 'Coldplay: Ghost Stories,' airing on NBC on May 18.

Plus, there's a bunch of new songs out there you can keep busy with until 'Ghost Stories' comes out. And here's the video for 'Magic,' starring the versatile Martin in two roles.
