Last month, when Deerhunter announced they would return with their new album, Fading Frontier, they shared a taste of what’s to come with “Snakeskin.” Now, they’re back with a music video for “Breaker.”

The clip is directed and edited by frontman Bradford Cox, features photography by Cox and guitarist Lockett Pundt and stars all four bandmates -- Cox, Pundt, Moses Archuleta and Josh McKay. It’s a colorful collage that fades in and out as it transitions between each member's face. Check it out above.

Fading Frontier will also mark the first Deerhunter album boasting shared vocal duties between Cox and Pundt, and “Breaker” acts as our first preview of that new sound (a wonderfully dreamy, psychedelic affair, for the record).

Fading Frontier will arrive Oct. 16 via 4AD following 2013’s Monomania. The next day, Deerhunter will kick off a tour in L.A., with dates scheduled through the New Year. Cox’s solo project, Atlas Sound, will serve as the opening act. See a complete list of stops right here.
