As hundreds upon hundreds of bands prepare to descend on New York City for this year’s CMJ Music Festival, Diffuser is excited to invite you to our showcase with Missing Piece Group on Friday Oct. 24 at Rockwood Music Hall. The event kicks off at 12PM, and you can RSVP for it right here.

Fans will get a chance to see some of the best indie rockers around, including Nashville’s Colony House who recently released their debut full-length, ‘When I Was Younger,’ via Descendent Records. Just a couple of weeks ago, they made their late-night TV debut on ‘Late Night With Seth Meyers.’

We’re also excited to see Happyness, who will be playing in the U.S. for the first time ever at the CMJ festival. Check out their latest music video, ‘Anything I Do Is Right’:

The young Matthew Fowler seems to have it all, and he’s just 20-years-old. On the road with Reggie Williams and the 'Bring a Friend' tour, Fowler emanates the kind of folk music that convinces listeners he grew up in 1960s-era New York City.

Finally, North Carolina’s premier folk ensemble, the Collection, will be hanging out with us at the showcase. We could get anywhere from 13-18 members onstage -- it will no doubt be one of the most memorable performances of the week.

Spotify users, get ready for the event by checking out the Missing Piece CMJ Showcase Playlist here.
