Hear Riley Hawk’s EP Feat. New Music From the Black Angels + More
Riley Hawk – pro skateboarder and son of Tony Hawk – has put together an EP that will act as the soundtrack for his upcoming partnership with Scion AV for a four-part video series (similar to the series Scion produced with singer-songwriter Olivia Jean).
The ‘Riley Hawk: The Northwest Blow Out’ EP – which was curated by Hawk himself – features new songs from Kadavar, Loom, the Black Angels and Hot Lunch. Better yet, the EP can be downloaded for free now on Soundcloud. Take a listen and check out the full tracklist below:
“Music is an important part of skateboarding, I think the two worlds have often been tied to each other,” Hawk said in a press release. “So, when Scion came to me with an opportunity to create a collection of music from my favorite bands, I jumped at the chance to get involved.”
The four-part video series, ‘Scion x Riley Hawk Driven,’ is still forthcoming, but when it arrives it will feature Hawk’s EP as he and the Shep Dawgs skate at their favorite parks across the Northwest.
