Spoon released "Inside Out," from the Texas indie rock group's 2014 album They Want My Soul, as a single back in October 2014, then released an EP of remixes of the track in April, and today (May 13), they've unveiled a new video for the tune, which you can take in below:

The clip finds frontman Britt Daniel as a passive observer in a set of old-style scenes ranging from a robbery to a vintage recording studio environment to a fight at a dance hall. The video was directed by Leblanc + Cudmore, who have recently worked with Belle & Sebastian, the New Pornographers and alt-J, among others.

Daniel recently teamed up with Austin garage-psych group Sweet Spirit, who will open for Spoon on their upcoming North American tour, to collaborate on a track called "Have Mercy." Check that song out here, and take a look at when and where you can catch both groups live below.
