‘Kick-Ass 2’ — the sequel to the 2010 flick starring Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Chloë Grace Moretz and Christopher Mintz-Plasse — is set to hit theaters on Aug. 16, and the trailer for the superhero comedy features a couple of tunes that you may recognize.

One of the best parts of SXSW is uncovering its wealth of secret shows. Myspace is sponsoring a series of surprise gigs at this year’s festival, and it was just announced that Sleigh Bells, Dillon Francis and Flying Lotus are set to perform tomorrow (March 15) at the Coppertank Events Center.
