The Dead Weather will drop Dodge and Burn, their first album in five years, in just a couple of weeks, and today (Sept. 11), the supergroup led by Jack White and Alison Mosshart unveiled “Cop and Go,” an unrelenting new cut from the upcoming LP.

The song initially made its premiere on Tidal, but you can now stream the song via Soundcloud below. It follows Dodge and Burn’s opening track, “I Feel Love (Every Million Miles),” “Too Bad" and “Buzzkill(er).” The complete track list can be seen at the bottom of the page.

Dodge and Burn is slated for a Sept. 25 arrival via Third Man Records following 2010’s Sea of Cowards.

The band has said they will not tour behind their third full-length, writing in a statement, “With the members of the band heavily involved in other projects, the Dead Weather will not be touring in support of the new album. Thankfully the thick and heavy Dodge and Burn will satisfy your urges for the dark magic that is the Dead Weather for a very long time.”

Nevertheless, White, Mosshart and company will bring their dark magic to the newly launched Late Show With Stephen Colbert on Sept. 14 when they will serve as Colbert’s musical guest.
