Exclusive Premiere: The Suffers, ‘Stay’ (Acoustic)

While at this year’s installment of the Hangout Music Festival in Gulf Shores, Al., the Suffers teamed up with the Hangout Foundation and Mobile, Al., radio station 92ZEW for an unforgettable acoustic performance of “Stay” aboard the John Lennon Educational Tour Bus. Today (June 22), Diffuser is ecstatic to unveil the video -- check it out above.

The Lennon Bus is a premier, non-profit mobile audio and video recording studio that affords students hands-on opportunities in the music world. Throughout the Hangout Fest, 92ZEW broadcasted exclusive interviews and sessions live from the bus; needless to say, it was a privilege for the Suffers to be involved.

"We are so honored to have been a part of this experience," they tell us. "The crew on the Lennon Bus were a joy to work with, and we are extremely proud of the end result."

While the Suffers are still celebrating the release of their latest EP, Make Some Room, via Rhyme and Reason Records earlier this year, we can't help but fall in love with this acoustic version of "Stay"; its stripped-down atmosphere seems to only elevate the level of passion found within the song.
