Mandatory Music: Weezer, Mumford and Sons, Chemical Brothers + More
Whether you think Record Store Day is the best thing since grooved vinyl or essentially the indie equivalent of Black Friday, one thing's certain: it's massively successful.
This year's event broke decades-old sales records at independent record stores (even though the biggest seller wasn't even a record at all – it was a a cassette release of Metallica's legendary No Life Til Leather). This year's exclusives included a ton of previously hidden gems including one from Father John Misty that makes this installment of Mandatory Music.
