Zooey Deschanel + Katy Perry – Rock Star Look-Alikes

Zooey Deschanel and Katy Perry have quite a bit in common. And it's more than just the fashionable bangs and ginormous eyeballs that consume half of their faces.

The world first learned of Deschanel's vocal skills in 'Elf,' where she sang a shower duet of the holiday classic 'Baby, It's Cold Outside' with the movie's star Will Ferrell. The ukulele aficionado hauled out the song again on the 2011 Christmas album she recorded as one-half of She & Him, 'A Very She & Him Christmas.'

The very busy Deschanel, who stars in the TV show 'New Girl,' is all set to release her third She & Him album with M. Ward. 'Volume 3' is due in May. Perry is also working on her third album. Plus, both became divorcees in 2012, when Deschanel's two-year marriage to Death Cab for Cutie frontman Ben Gibbard and Perry's 14-month marriage to unfunny British comedian Russell Brand officially ended. But it's mostly the bangs and eyes, right?
