Awolnation

The brainchild of Under the Influence of Giants and Hometown Hero’s Aaron Bruno, Awolnation found a breakout in one of 2011’s most earworm-inducing hits with the brash, infectious 'Sail' from their debut album, 'Megalithic Symphony’. As aggressive as it is cinematic, 'Sail' gained momentum thanks to prominent TV airtime, including an appearance in an episode of 'House' and commercials for Nokia and Vikings, eventually earning the buzzworthy single platinum status. The unrestrained shout-along anthems, pounding electronics, and party-ready glitch of ‘Symphony’ soon gave way to two more successful singles, 'Not Your Fault' and 'Kill Your Heroes.' Since then, the the band has produced two
singles for soundtracks, 'ThisKidsNotAlright' and 'Some Kind of Joke,' signs that their punchy pop sensibilities are setting them up for an ambitious road ahead.
