Taste of Chaos to Return from Five-Year Hiatus as a Festival with Jimmy Eat World, the Used + More
It's been six years since Taste of Chaos (often regarded as "Winter Warped Tour") tour traveled across America, but the brand will make its return this year – as a one-day festival with a less metal lineup.
Originally founded by Warped Tour creator Kevin Lyman, the new Taste of Chaos festival is reportedly set to take place Oct. 3 at the San Manuel Amphitheater Festival Grounds in San Bernardino, Calif. The lineup will feature Jimmy Eat World, Dashboard Confessional, the All-American Rejects, the Used, the recently reunited Thrice, a DJ set by Blink-182's Mark Hoppus and more.
The festival – like any fest worth its salt – will also feature carnival rides and overnight camping. Tickets go on sale on Monday, June 22 at the festival's website, where you can also find complete lineup information. Warped Tour also kicks off today in Pomona, Calif., and a live webcast of the opening festivities are streaming here.
