Watch Tobias Jesso Jr. Perform on ‘Conan’ with Danielle Haim

Tobias Jesso Jr. celebrated the release of his debut album, Goon, by performing last night (March 16) on Conan.

Dressed more casually than he was for his performance last month on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, the Vancouver singer-songwriter performed "Without You," which sounds just about as heartbreaking as the title conveys.

Considering his previous late night show performance with the Roots, Jesso seems to be big on collaborative performances -- not that we're really complaining. He was backed by a full string section, producer Ariel Rechtshaid on guitar and Haim drummer Danielle Haim (who also plays on the album version).

The audience (and Conan) seemed to really enjoy the performance. However, the late night host was taken aback when Jesso stood up and was taller than the towering O'Brien. He said, "Woah, someone taller than me finally!" Check out the performance below.
