It's a big week for Twin Shadow: He is set to perform "I'm Ready," from his new album Eclipse, on Late Night With Seth Meyers on Wednesday, May 6. Before that, though, the musician, real name George Lewis Jr., premiered the music video for the track earlier today (May 1). Check out the clip below, via Complex:

The black and white clip, directed by Lance Drake, features Twin Shadow, armed with an in-color rainbow blade, as he tries to save the city from bad guys and impending doom. He's doing his best to keep the roads safe after his tour bus got into a multiple-vehicle accident on April 17 on the interstate near Aurora, Colorado.

The accident involved 12 people on Twin Shadow’s buses, two semi-tractor trailers and a motor home, and it left a few people in rough shape: One of the bus drivers, John Crawford, and Twin Shadow drummer Andy Bauer were in serious condition and taken to a hospital, while Twin Shadow himself underwent reconstructive hand surgery.

As a result, tour dates scheduled between April 21 and May 22 were postponed. The good news is that Twin Shadow's upcoming Late Night appearance seems to be a sign that he's doing okay and that his tour should be able to resume without much issue later this month.
