Twin Shadow’s tour buses were involved in a multiple-vehicle accident on Interstate 70 near Aurora, Colo., early this morning (April 17). The Denver Post reports that there were 12 people who sustained injuries ranging from minor to serious in severity.

The accident involved Twin Shadow’s two tour buses, two semi-tractor trailers and a motor home. The Post reporter Jesse Aaron Paul tweeted that the Twin Shadow bus that experienced the most damage was carrying crew members, while the band was on a second bus.

State Patrol Trooper Josh Lewis told Paul that the driver on the first bus was transported to an area hospital. No one on the second bus was taken to the hospital.

Twin Shadow -- the stage name for Brooklyn-based artist George Lewis, Jr. -- was traveling from a concert in Lawrence, Kan., on Thursday (April 16) to a show in Denver, which has since been canceled. Twin Shadow released his third album, Eclipse, last month.
