After premiering a new song called, “No Way Out,” on English DJ Zane Lowe’s Radio One show yesterday (Feb. 24), Warpaint have released the song for streaming -- take a listen in the video above. You’ll be able to purchase “No Way Out” in March as a digital single backed with another non-album track, “Riot.”

A press release revealed that this would be “the first in a series of new songs that Warpaint will release this year,” but there's no word if they're planning a follow-up to their sophomore self-titled effort, which arrived at the beginning of last year via Rough Trade.

Before the L.A. dream-pop outfit recorded "No Way Out," they debuted it during their live shows.

“When my friend Theresa [Wayman] in my band started writing this song called ‘No Way Out,’ which we haven’t recorded yet but have played live, I pretty much couldn’t listen to it without crying,” frontwoman Emily Kokal said of the new track. “It also makes me so proud of where she’s gotten as a songwriter.”

Warpaint’s 2014 self-titled album followed their 2010 debut, The Fool. Before embarking on a string of tour dates in the U.K. and Europe, the quartet will appear at their “Yaaaass!” benefit show at L.A.’s Fais Do-Do on Feb. 28.
