Arcade Fire's Will Butler, brother of leading man Win Butler, will release his debut solo album 'Policy' on March 16 via Merge Records -- and for fans with heavy anticipation, he has kindly dropped another jazzy new track off of the upcoming release titled 'Anna,' which you can hear below.

The song, which is foot-tappingly good, has a consistent beat paired with some brass and "bah bahs" from the singer. It's accompanied by a music video consisting of some dude singing and moving to the song outside in the dark with only the light from the camera.

What's your angle here, Will?

According to Butler, 'Policy,' which only took a week to record at New York's Electric Lady Studios, is "American music – in the tradition of the Violent Femmes, the Breeders, the Modern Lovers, Bob Dylan, Smokey Robinson, the Magnetic Fields, Ghostface Killah, and John Lennon (I know, but it counts). Music where the holy fool runs afoul of the casual world."

Butler has a packed 2015 already, complete with a tour across the U.S. (with a stop at SXSW) and a trek throughout Europe. Get details on his schedule at his official website.

In the meantime, enjoy his latest track, 'Anna,' below:
