FYF Fest 2012 Lineup Features Refused, M83 + Beirut
In the past few years, the FYF Fest has grown to become one of the bigger draws of the Los Angeles concert schedule, and this year's lineup should only help grow the attraction even further.
The event returns to the Los Angeles State Historic Park in downtown Los Angeles Sept. 1 and 2, with the reunited Refused, breakout electronic artist M83, and indie favorites Beirut leading the way. Other top acts on this year's bill include Sleigh Bells, Yeasayer, Interpol's Paul Banks, James Blake, Against Me!, Twin Shadow, Chromatics, Dinosaur Jr. and the return of Quicksand.
Last year's event featured the Descendents, Death From Above 1979, Broken Social Scene, Explosions in the Sky, Cold War Kids, and Guided By Voices, making it a dream lineup for indie-loving music fans.
Tickets for the FYF Fest go on sale this Friday (June 22) for $77 for a full weekend pass. There are also a limited number of VIP ticket passes for $189 that gives access to a special viewing area, additional food and drink options and shaded tents with couches.
