Iron & Wine’s Sam Beam will release the first part of an archival series later this month, and today (Feb. 17), he’s made it available for streaming.

Indie folk rock vets Iron and Wine are getting ready to release a new album of previously unreleased material, and have given us a taste of the collection.

Iron and Wine stopped by 'Late Night With Jimmy Fallon' last night to perform a song from his new album, 'Ghost on Ghost.' The upbeat 'Grace for Saints and Ramblers' is one of the album's liveliest tracks, and Iron and Wine brainchild Sam Beam led his expanded group through a spirited version.

The last time we heard from Sam Beam, the mastermind behind ‘00s indie-folk pioneers Iron and Wine, he was making his big pop move. Relatively speaking. In anticipation of the forthcoming Iron and Wine album ‘Ghost on Ghost,’ singer/songwriter Sam Beam gives listeners a sneak peak with today’s release of the video for ‘Joy.’ The clip takes the viewer through a vibrant stop-motion-animation scene of nature.

Iron and Wine's Sam Beam has been a busy man as of late. With his forthcoming fifth full-length album, 'Ghost On Ghost,' due in April, Beam recently offered up two songs from the disc: 'Lover's Revolution,' followed by 'Grace for Saints and Ramblers.' Now, Beam's serving up 'Hard Times Come Again No More,' a song he recorded for the new BBC America show 'Copper,' which premieres this summer.
