After teaser trailers and screenings in essentially every major North American city, the epic 13-minute video for Julian Casablancas + the Voidz's "Human Sadness" has finally dropped in full. Watch it below:

The video, directed by Warren Fu and Nicholaus Goossen, delivers on the promises it previously made of "war, fast cars, spaceships, and scantily clad women." There's also plenty of 80s-inspired imagery, including Casablancas and the rest of the band dressed like Born in the U.S.A.-era Bruce Springsteen, a guitar solo in close proximity to a raging tornado, and even a bit of Guitar Hero if you don't blink and miss it.

The release of the video coincides with Julian Casablancas + the Voidz's return to the road, beginning with an appearance at the Primavera Sound Festival in Barcelona, Spain on May 29. Complete upcoming dates are available at their website. Casablancas' other group, the Strokes, are also going to be on the road for a few dates between now and October. Their complete itinerary as available at their website.
